We do not take wheelchairs. We do apologize profusely for the inconvenience!

48+ hours cancellation will result in a full refund. 

Less than 48 hours cancellation and No Shows will result in A Full Charge.

Cancellations based on safety issues due to inclement weather are at the sole discretion of BUKVA TRANSPORT LLC and if canceled will result in a full refund. 

 

Please note the following regulations as stipulated by Bukva Transportation. 

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

No Smoking allowed in the Shuttlebus. 

No pets allowed in Shuttlebus unless they are a designated service dog as outlined by the ADA.

Inebriated Passengers will not be transported. 

For safety issues if road or weather conditions become extreme while out on a journey, the driver will have the last say if an alternative plan needs to be implemented.
